Beketov

The Beketov clan was theorized to be a previously thought destroyed clan called Sheng Dong, they appeared in Yakutsk Russia in 1600. The clan has members and abilities much older than the 400-year history. They are well versed in the use of magics in regard to water and ice. They have the ability to freeze their victims or use the ice to create impenetrable armor. They boycotted the council out of protest to Dominik Idriaic winning the election of 2008 over their own clansman.
